Robert Trim is a commercial real estate agent with an exceptional track record supporting business owners, landlords and investors through complex real estate decisions. Since 2013, Robert has advised small businesses and property owners on site selection, lease strategy, repositioning and expansion. He brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to every transaction, with a focus on market positioning, community fit, and sustainable outcomes.

Before transitioning fully into commercial real estate, Robert built a career in political strategy, where he managed successful campaigns and advised on legislative initiatives. That experience sharpened his skills in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder alignment, all of which he now applies to serving clients across the commercial real estate landscape.

KRISTINA BOUTERSE

Kristina Bouterse is a commercial REALTOR® based in Kennesaw, Georgia, specializing in sales and leasing for small businesses and investors. With a background in commercial finance, energy, marketing, and business development, she brings a strategic, business-first perspective to every transaction.

Before entering real estate, Kristina worked closely with entrepreneurs and startups, helping them grow through smart partnerships and intentional planning. As a former small business owner, she understands the realities of expansion, cash flow, operations, and long-term investment—experience she now uses to guide clients through confident property decisions.

Kristina serves on the Board of Directors for the Kennesaw Business Association and is active in the Acworth Business Association, BNI, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. She also supports the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF.org).
